FANUGREK (ÇEMEN)
Ingredients:
· 2 tablespoons fanugrek
· 2 tablespoons red pepper
· 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
· 1 teaspoon cumin
· 1 teacup water
· Salt and black pepper
Crush the fanugrek in mortar well. Put it in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper, cumin and garlic. Add water. Mix this miture until it becomes batter. Serve on bread. It can also be used in spinach and white bean meals.
