MAYONNAISE - MAYONEZ

MAYONNAISE (MAYONEZ)

 

Ingredients:
· 2 eggs

· 1 teacup olive oil
· ½ lemon

· 1 teaspoon mustard

· Salt

 

Put egg yolks and mustard in a cup. Mix it. Add olive oil and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well. You may use mayonnaise in egg, fich, chicken meals and all types of salads.
