Turkish Sauces

MUSTARD - HARDAL

MUSTARD (HARDAL)

 

Ingredients:
· 2 tablespons mustard
· 2 teaspoons flour

· 2 teaspoons granulated sugar

· 1 teacup of vinegar

· 1 tablespoon water

 

Put the mustard in a large bowl. Add water little by little by stirring constantly. Add flour and vinegar. Stirring constantly, add granulated sugar. When it becomes syrupy, pour into the jar and put down.
