SAUCE WITH MUSHROOM - MANTARLI SOS

SAUCE WITH MUSHROOM (MANTARLI SOS)

 

Ingredients:
· 200 gr. mushroom
· 1 ½ glasses cream

· Salt, black pepper and water

 

Clean and wash the mushrooms. Drain its juice. Chop the mushrooms. Add cream, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Strain this mixture and serve the sauce with meat dishes.
