CARROT SAUTE (HAVUÇ SOTESİ)
Ingredients:
· 2 carrots
· 1 tablespoon butter
· 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
· Salt, black pepper and water
Boil the carrots in water. Drain it and pour cold water over it. Cut the carrots into four pieces, then cut these pieces into diagonal pieces. Put them into a frying pan. Add butter, granulated sugar, salt and black pepper. Cook it on low heat until it becomes saute. Use it with grilled meat.
