I used to live in Ankara and I ate a dish called MAMALIKA (sp?). It was an appetizer, served warm, with the consistency and look of hummus, but more cheesy almost, stringy when drawn up to put on pita. It also had a small pile of a shredded red substance on top. Anyways, it was AMAZING, but I can't seem to find anywhere that has the recipe, or anything similar to it. Was wondering if anyone has ever heard/tried it and if anyone may have the recipe. THANKS!
