I was in the Adana area for about nine months a few years ago. While I was there a friend of mine gave me a taste of this wonderful soup. I never knew the name and can't find a recipe online so far.
It was very mild flavored with paprika, a little red pepper or chili, and I assume a thin tomato base, it had a very watery consistency. It looked like either snow peas or sugar snap peas but I can't be sure, I remember they were in the pod whatever they were. I know it was not a flat bean, green bean, or wax bean and there was no meat that I can remember.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
