I've just come back from 2 weeks in Turkey and one of the highlights was a fabulous lunch in Gumusluk. For dessert we had a hot confection served in a shallow eartherware dish. It tasted of tahini and honey and had been fiercely grilled (broiled) so was brown and crusty on top. I should have asked what it was and for the recipe - now I can't find anything like it in any Turkish recipe book. Does anyone know?
