A delightful food for us. Thanks for sharing me the ingredients and the how to's of preparing salad. It's a healthy way to keep us fit and productive. Fruit product seems to be more affordable and we have to be thrift on buying products. It's easy to complain that it seems houses are built out of plastic now, but now people aren't kidding.  Affresol is a UK based company that is using plastic to create recycled housing.
